Or, you may want us to pack your fragile items like china, glassware, mirrors or artwork. Whatever your packing needs, we can assist.

Special crates can be built for items that will not fit in one of our standard moving boxes. Items like large glass tops, large paintings, large mirrors, marble/slate tops, chandeliers, fish mounts, and fragile or antique furniture are packed in custom wood crates built to fit each piece.

High Value Items

High Value Items that exceed a value of $100.00 per pound should be professionally packed by Bekins to ensure they arrive in their current condition and for Full Replacement Liability. Please talk to your representative about our High Value program and our Full Replacement Protection. High Value items must be identified by you at the time of your estimate. Our representative will make the necessary arrangements for packing or crating. Our packers will inventory each High Value item and inventory the container it is packed in. They will have the High Value seals ,which will require your signature, to affix on any possible opening on the box. Seals are signed by you prior to transportation to ensure the boxes will not be opened unless you are present. At the destination, your delivery crew will open and inspect the contents in your presence to verify all of your items have been delivered without damage.

Do It Yourself Packing

If you choose to pack yourself, please consider purchasing your material from us. We offer all the same boxes and packing material we would use on a professional pack job at reasonable rates. We will even deliver your boxes and provide an assembly demonstration at the time of the delivery.

Unpacking

We will always unpack your beds at your delivery for no charge. We also offer unpack and debris removal service. Ask your representative for details.
